This application is open to staff and students from the education, government, and research member organizations of Cybera, SRNET, or MRNET. (Not sure if you are a member? Visit cybersummit.ca/about to find links to our member lists.)
Please complete the form below to request financial assistance to attend Cyber Summit 2025, taking place November 5–6, 2025 at the Banff Park Lodge, with pre-Summit workshops scheduled for November 4.
If multiple representatives from the same organization are applying, each individual must submit a separate application.
Subsidy recipients will be selected based on their ability to demonstrate a strong and compelling case for attending the Summit.
